I’m a current customer and since Campbell Oil bought them out customer service is non existent. I’ve called multiple times and sent messages on the app to discuss pricing for additional services without any response. I’ve been given an offer to switch my service to the Big Car Wash where customer service is much better. I will end my account at the end of July with Pro Shine. I don’t know they expect to run a business with zero customer relation skills.

I tried paying for a membership it charged me the full amount but it wouldn’t let me through the gate. Then I had to pay again for a car wash just so I could get through the gate. I’ve tried calling numerous times to get a refund, left several voice mails nobody has returned my phone call. I’m at a loss at what I should do this is very unacceptable.

Excellent car wash but once again I’m sitting 3 cars deep in the right bay on 12th street while the new left bay has no one in it. I pay for the monthly pass and I can only use my pass in the right bay. I’m leaving this a one star review until you guys allow use of the RFID pass in both bays. If I add up all the days I sit in line with an open bay next to me it really adds up. This should be priority number one and on a fast track to get completed. Once completed I will change my review to 5 stars.
